Thirty days prior to the wedding, We will have all of your vendors and details confirmed. You will meet in person to go over any remaining payments due, and will discuss how the day will go.
Next there will be a ceremonial rehearsal at your venue where all essential members must attend. The day of the wedding you get to enjoy, while we coordinate, resulting in a perfect, stress free memorable day! This will also include a quick walkthrough of the venue so your wedding party knows where to go on the big day.

A 25% deposit is required upon contract signing, with the remaining balance due as per the agreed-upon terms.
THE Silver
Intermediate - Partial Planning

Welcome to Silver!
With our Silver package, your wedding will be partially managed by our team, offering support in key areas while allowing you to maintain control over certain aspects of the planning process.
If you have already covered multiple areas of planning, you will select half of our given services. For these chosen services, we will handle all communication and scheduling. For any services booked outside of our business, you will be responsible for finalizing details one month before the wedding day.
This package also includes comprehensive budget planning, as well as multiple in-person meetings to discuss details or visit venues. Thirty days before the wedding, Sierra will meet with you to confirm your finalized itinerary, ensuring every detail is in place.
On the eve of your wedding, we will coordinate a full rehearsal with all essential members in attendance. On your wedding day, you can relax and enjoy the moment while we ensure everything runs smoothly, exactly as planned.

This package is designed for couples who have handled the majority of the planning and simply need assistance with the final, essential element: Coordination.
Many couples are unaware of the crucial role wedding coordination plays in ensuring a smooth and stress-free day. Without proper coordination, chaos can easily disrupt the flow of the event. Our team will take care of all the details on your wedding day, allowing you to fully enjoy each moment—from the anticipation before the "I Do's" to the final goodbyes.

Our comprehensive day-of coordination service ensures that your wedding day runs smoothly and according to plan. This includes managing the rough itinerary we create together, overseeing vendor arrivals and deliveries, and directing the flow of events so that you can fully enjoy your day without stress. We will serve as the main point of contact for all your vendors, ensuring that every detail is executed flawlessly.

Two months prior to the wedding, you will have all of your vendors and details secured. And we will confirm the final logistics and timelines with your vendors and will walk you through how the day will go. You will also confirm any remaining or outstanding payments with your selected vendors.
We’ll then provide a full ceremony rehearsal to ensure everyone is prepared and confident in their roles. This includes guiding the bridal party through the ceremony, reviewing key moments, and confirming logistics so that the ceremony flows seamlessly. Our team will address any last-minute questions, making sure that you and your loved ones are well-prepared for the big day.
